(event) As You Like It Come out and see Playmaker's performance of As You Like It at the Paul Green Theatre at the Center for Dramatic Art on Friday, September 24th at 7:30pm! Event to follow soon where we can talk about the play. If you can't make it Friday, it's running September 22 - October 10, 2010, evenings at 7:30pm; matinees at 2:00pm. (event) Banned Books Week at the Bull's Head Bookstore It's Banned Books Week. Come check out the display of challenged and censored books, complete with old favorites (Anne Frank's Diary; The Grapes of Wrath) and new ones (Nickel and Dimed--a UNC summer reading book-- and The Merriam Webster College Dictionary--both challenged in the USA, in 2010). And then of course there's the Qu'ran. And in cooperation with UNC's First Amendment Day (http://firstamendmentday.unc.edu/), The Bull's Head is hosting a (event) What You Can Do With a Major in English & Comparative Literature Start: 09/30/2010 2:30 pm Expand your horizons! Come find out what you can do with a major in English and Comparative Literature at 3:30 in Donovan Lounge on September 30th. Refreshments will be served. Open to UNC-CH students with the exception of law, MBA, MAC, medical and dental students, who are served by separate career offices. Presented by University Career Services.
