My presentation is a multimedia piece addressing the specific struggles of African-Americans during the Civil Rights Movement and the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, through the use of audio, video, and still images. It encompasses a range of expression such as music, oratory, writing, photographs, and live video footage creating a unique verbal-visual nexus of African-American experience, the Civil Rights Movement, and the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King.
